Astrocladistique / Astrocladistics
La diversification des galaxies constitue mon sujet de recherche principal depuis Septembre 2001. L'objectif est de cartographier la diversité des galaxies apparues au cours de l'histoire de l'Univers, grâce à une toute nouvelle approche issue d'une méthodologie utilisée notamment en biologie évolutive, la cladistique. Elle implique la bioinformatique, les statistiques, les mathématiques, et les concepts d'évolution en général.
Diversification of galaxies is my main research activity since
September 2001. The goal is to depict the galaxy diversity appeared
through the history of the Unvierse, by using a entirely new
methodology borrowed from the evolutionary biology: cladistics. This
incorporates domains like bioinformatics, statistics, mathematics, and
the concepts of evolution as large.
