Management, Human Resources, Administration, Logistics (GRHAL)

This service ensures the administrative management of permanent and contractual personnel, as well as the accounting and financial management of the credits allocated to IPAG. The GRHAL also provides support for complex projects carried out by IPAG and involving several external partners. This service plays a central role in the life of the institute: reception, orders, missions, follow-up of contracts, inventory, publications for markets, logistics, organization of workshops and conferences, conventions, permanent training, etc. The service works in close collaboration with the administrative services of the Alpes delegation (DR11) of the CNRS and the central services of the Université Grenoble Alpes.
