The snoopy code is a spectral 3D code, solving the MHD/Boussinesq equations and including various physical effects (incompressibility, particles, Braginskii viscosity, etc). This code is very useful for turbulence study involving shear and rotation, as in many astrophysical objects. All the simulations presented in these pages have been done using this code and doing the visualization with Paraview. You can download the code and its documentation (still not complete) on this page. Have fun!
The Snoopy code requires the FFTW library version 3, available for free on http://www.fftw.org. This library is easy to install, and is often already installed in many clusters and linux distributions. Check your configuration!
